Revisions / Additions / Deletions to governing documents.
Constitution revision approved 12/5/2009 (replace C4.0 as follows):
C4.0 Steering Board — The Steering Board shall consist of all elected officers and all Past Presidents
in good standing who have served as President for at least one year. The Steering Board shall administer
the affairs of the Society in accordance with our Governing Documents, which consist of the Constitutions,
The Bylaws and the Policy Manual as established by the general membership. A quorum of the Steering Board
shall be required to conduct Society business.
Past Presidents who are members of the Steering Board shall have the right to make, second and vote on
Steering Board motions. They shall not be eligible to sign treasury transactions or be counted towards a
Steering Board quorum unless they are also a current elected officer.
Policy Manual addition approved 12/5/09 (add PM2.9 to policy Manual):
PM2.9 Past Presidents — Per 4.0 of the ERS Constitution Past Presidents are members of the Steering Board
with restricted authority. Past Presidents in good standing as of January 15, 2010 are
Dick Ferguson, Ken Frazier, Al Glencross & David Watt.
